Tough Times in Minnesota
August 2007

One of our Genbu-Kai family members lost their house due to flooding; two of Senpai Rich McClure's  partners had several vehicles at a mechanic in Stockton, the village that got pretty well devastated, so those cars were lost. Senpai Rich knows a number of people through business and community contacts who lost their homes.  I am told the red car that is standing on it's nose belongs to one Senpai Rich’s business partners - his daughter's car. The classic car shop, Valley Motors, is walking distance from his house.  Genbu-Kai Minnesota is starting some relief efforts thorough the local Rotary Club. To contribute, contact Sensei at the Hombu Dojo in Santa Ana, Ca. There is a slideshow on the photo link that shows a little bit about this calamity.
